I would say there would be plenty of arguments against women with guns being safer and I point to the mother of the Newtown (Sandy Hook) shooter as a prime example.
As to right wingers discounting MSM information, that is the God’s Honest Truth because they have their own “MSM” and I call it “Myth-Stream-Madness.” They create their own facts to fit their own insular little cocoon world – – – forget about real facts as perceived by the whole of civilized society! If it doesn’t fit their own revisions of life and living, then they are quick to juggle elements in order to make it into their own version of “Truth.”
This kind talks to no one but each other and that is why they suffer from such locked-in thinking and why they are usually ignored by the larger society around them.
John the problem as I see it is that they have a massive network of people that sole purpose is to obfuscate the facts to fit their agenda…..
an agenda which is no less ambitious than re-establishment of a proto-type ante-bellum-style dominionist aristocracy with permanent dictatorial control over the nation – – the creation of a two-class system consisting of the served and the servers – -and immersed and soaked…nay…saturated with the ideological trappings of a Theocracy that will try to return to a form of the old Mosaic Law as their norm. (My personal opinion of course.)
