That cartoon is not even close to being accurate. The president has offered no compromise on his offer. Political cartoons are only entertaining when they contain some truth, even a little, this one is just a failure.
THe GOP failed…..it is that simple….and because it does not fit with the stuff you want to believe you think it is not humorous…..keep telling yourself that the prez is to blame….the American people do not see it that way…..Merry Xmas!
I agree with you that the GOP failed, that is obvious, but that does not mean the President is not at fault. Everyone in Washington has failed, the GOP lead House for not passing legislation, the DNC lead Senate for not passing a budget in nearly 4 years and the President for threatening to veto anything that does not meet his demands.
The cartoon is not funny because it is a fantasy with no truth at all, that is a fact.
