We all know of the carnage in the Middle East these days….and that the IDF is pushing and pushing people into a position where they can be eliminated.
Good Old reliable BiBi has floated an idea for Palestinians……
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said at a meeting of his Likud party on Monday that he’s working to bring about the expulsion of Palestinians from Gaza and looking for countries willing to “absorb” them, Israel Hayom reported.
“Our problem is countries that are ready to absorb them, and we are working on it,” Netanyahu said. His comments are the latest sign that Israel’s ultimate goal is to cleanse Gaza of its 2.3 million Palestinian residents.
Netanyahu said the world is “already discussing the possibilities of voluntary immigration” and pointed to comments from former US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley, who is currently running for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination. Haley said last week that Palestinians in Gaza should migrate to “pro-Hamas” countries.
Netanyahu said that a team must be set up to “ensure that those who want to leave Gaza to a third country can do so. It needs to be settled. It has strategic importance for the day after the war.”
Last month, Israeli Intelligence Minister Gila Gamliel penned an op-ed for The Jerusalem Postcalling for the “voluntary resettlement” of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip to other countries around the world. Two members of the Israeli Knesset wrote a similar op-ed for The Wall Street Journal that said Western nations should accept Palestinian refugees.
While Netanyahu and other Israeli officials have framed the plan as “voluntary resettlement,” Israel’s brutal campaign in Gaza is making much of the enclave uninhabitable. About 90% of Gaza’s population has already been internally displaced.
A leaked document drafted by Gamliel’s Intelligence Ministry said pushing all 2.3 million Palestinians in Gaza into Egypt was the ideal scenario for the Israeli government. But Egypt has refused to take in any Palestinian refugees, forcing Israeli officials to look elsewhere to facilitate their planned ethnic cleansing.

I am sure that AIPAC has enough clout in Congress that the US could absorb these people….after all according to idiots we do have an open border.
Personally, I would give BiBi the finger and tell him he created the problem then he needs to deal with it….but that would take balls and those are sadly lacking here in the Congress and the country.

I do not know the Koran to have even a general conversation but isn’t the goal of Islam to create an exclusive one worldwide caliphate as John presents ? None of the rest of us will be absorbed into anything except death because non believers are the agents of Satan. I’m not. I’m a Christian whose allegiance belongs to the New York Yankees baseball team. Why is the rest of the Muslim world so resistant and reluctant to absorb the Palestinians. I’ve have yet to hear an honest answer. I don’t know if a solution to bring peace to the Middle East even exists. I am not ashamed to admit I certainly am not smart enough to offer solutions. . Then the Arab world is not in love with Iran as Iranians are Persians not Arabs.
The Quran has nothing in it about that….those are the teachings of outrageous clergy just like Christianity….Lebanon, Syria, Jordan are a few of the countries that have accepted Palestinians and their meager economies cannot tolerate very many more and of course the rest of the ‘civilized’ world does not care and aid is lacking. chuq
The reason why Lebanon, Syria and Jordan have accepted Palestinians is because there is no such thing as Palestine but in geographic name only from Biblical time to the present and no such thing as Palestinians because the area is composed of ethnics of Jordan, Syria and Lebanon ancestry. I don’t understand why the pro Hamas protesters with their civil disruption chant “Free Palestine”. I looked on the map and there is no Palestine on it so how can something be freed if it doesn’t exist ?

I can find nothing for map Palestine as nation only as a “geographic region” even in Biblical times. Can you direct me to any site to find Palestine as a country ?
He has finally admitted to the intention of ethnic cleansing, which is a war crime punishable at the International Court in The Hague. High time that the UK and US stopped supporting his stated intentions, and left Israel to shame itself on the world stage.

Of course they want to eliminate them from Gaza. It’s nothing but 200 miles of tunnels from which weapons and bombs are stored and plans are made to kill all the Jews. Then this two state solution is not a solution. All that does is create another Gaza from which attacks can be made. Where would the land come from to make a Palestinian state? Do they chop off pieces of Jordan , Syria, Lebanon and Turkey ? Now we have all those displaced people for whom to satisfy just like Palestinians exported to create Israel. So perhaps getting them “absorbed” is not so absurd as far as Israel’s security is concerned. All the East Europeans are absorbing Ukranians so they can escape war. Why doesn’t the rest of the Muslim world absorb Palestinian to save them from wars?
The problem is Ukrainians can go home any time they want…Palestinians are set to be in camps for the rest of their lives if Israel has anything to do with it. chuq
There is no Palestine to where they can return. Camps ? Certainly nothing like the “camps” in which the Jews were placed pre and during WW II.
There are the only difference is no gas chambers….refugee camps are just as debilitating as any other style camp. chuq
