Good news indeed. It will be interesting to see what reactions are to this by the jihadist side, whether this emboldens them or deflates them.
Exsactly what I was saying this morning…..but so far have not seen much reaction…..except that Pakistan sez they did not know he was there and the compound was built next to a military academy of sorts…..HA!

OBL was a HUGELY charismatic figure (much more so than most leaders anywhere and certainly in the West), so it’s likely it will deflate them somewhat over time. In the short term I would expect rapid and violent “retalliation”, wouldn’t you?
Yes and his second will be planning already…..would be nice if they got a couple of hard drives with lots of info on them and then maybe we could kill this snake completely….
